Musical Madness
An hour and half class packed with Singing, Dancing and Drama - Oh and FUN!
Suitable for kids aged 4yrs-9yrs, it’s a great way for them to make new friends,
develop skills and confidence dancing and drama games and learn how to read
music and understand rhythmn.
Children should wear shoes and clothes they are comfortable dancing in.
Cost: £10 per class. No booking required. Children can enrol at any time.

Cheer Dance
For children aged 10yrs-16yrs, with experience or no experience.
Lauren from Galaxy Cheer teaches all the basic cheerleading moves as
well as new ideas that have been developed.
A great fun class for the kids, which works on team building, confidence and dance technique.

Solo Swing Dance
An amazing opportunity to learn from one of the best swing dance
instructors in Scotland! A high energy class focussing on Charleston
and Lindyhop movements. It’s fantastic fun and you don’t need a partner
it’s all solo dance.

Hip Hop
Learning to dance? You will love Hip Hop! This class is suitable for all levels.
Enjoy learning to pop and lock, how to moonwalk and stringing together amazing routines!

Stretch Class
Constantly feel like your body is aching and taking the brunt of your stress?
Or do you just have a desire to be more flexible? Stretch class can sort out both these problems.
By using a fusion of Ballet Stretching, Yoga and Body Sculpting, it helps you become more
body-aware and allows full-body relaxtion as well as a gain in flexbility and strength.

Funk Dance Attack
Dance Glasgow welcomes Sandy Hutchison to the team.
Famous for his Groove FX and Hi Lo aerobics classes around the West End
and in the University Gyms, Sandy is now bringing his brand new class to G12 Studios!
FDA uses a fusion of dance styles such as Samba, Salsa and Hip Hop alongside some amazing
music, to get your blood pumping and your body moving! Sandy would like to stress that

Adult Glee Club
The most fun you can have on a Monday night!
Come and join other Glee fans for this 1.5 hour class, as we recreate some of
the programme’s finest moments; learning songs and routines from the hit show.
There is singing and dancing involved but no one will ever have to do it alone,
you always work as part of a large group.
So come on down and try the class, we would love to meet you!

Belly Dance
A fantastic new style to learn if you are someone who likes to try something different!
The fabulous Annie Parsons uses her knowledge of Egyptian Dance to make this class
suitable for all levels of dance experience. Learn how to move your body in new ways
to lovely Egyptian Music and get a good stomach workout at the same time!

This class is all about the dancing, no singing involved.
Each week you will learn a new routine to one of your favourite broadway or film musical tracks.

Tap - Adult beginners class.
Everyone wants to know how to tap, so this is your perfect opportunity
to learn it from scratch. Work on all the basic steps and learn to build on
them until you are tapping full routines - Broadway style!

Ever wanted to look like one of Britney Spears’ backing dancers?
Then come to Pop Vids and your wish will be granted. Learn some of the most well
known MTV dance routines around, an easy going class for people who like to have
fun and not even realise they are exercising!Previous routines have included:

The new Latino dance craze everyone is talking about!
Come and sweat it out Latino style with the lovely Stefany,
don’t worry about having no dance experience, you don’t need it -

Beginners Jazz
If you are just starting to dance, this is a great style to start you off.
Work on kick and turn combinations after a good warm up and
then build on routines to all your favourite current tunes.

A class suitable for those who have dance experience, teacher Nicola likes to

Beginners Ballet
Suitable for those who have no ballet experience or a little from when they were younger.
There is no set syllabus, the class uses a few RAD exercises as well as some
repetoire and the very basics of ballet technique.

For those who have done a fair amount of Ballet, either as a child or an adult.
We focus on technique, building strength, repetoire and confident performance.
This class won’t be too advanced for people who have Ballet experience
but it is for those who like to be challenged!

Open Ballet class, people of all abilities welcome.
A lovely afternoon Ballet class, which is relaxed in approach but covers a
wide variety of moves and repetoire. Works at the pace of the class that
particular day and the class always works on something new each week.
