This class has such a great atmosphere, prepare to be cheered on by your fellow MTVers and have the most fun you can have exercising! MTV is all about learning choreography in the style of your favourite music videos, quite often actually learning iconic routines from famous videos.

Missed it during the week? MTV Replay takes one of the routines from Monday or Tuesday of the same week and gives you another chance to learn. This class is always very popular during the week, so whether you didn't manage to get a space or you just want to give it another shot, we are here for you on Saturdays in our City Centre studio.

Like MTV Dance, but a little harder and a little faster - but still all the fun! Great for anyone with a bit of dance experience or if you have been trying the MTV class for a while and want to challenge yourself. It's an encouraging, judgement free zone and all about shaking it to the best tunes!
