A Dance Glasgow staple - you have to try MTV Dance!
This class has such a great atmosphere, prepare to be cheered on by your fellow MTVers and have the most fun you can have exercising! MTV is all about learning choreography in the style of your favourite music videos, quite often actually learning iconic routines from famous videos.

Like MTV Dance, but a little harder and a little faster - but still all the fun! Great for anyone with a bit of dance experience or if you have been trying the MTV class for a while and want to challenge yourself. It's an encouraging, judgement free zone and all about shaking it to the best tunes!
