Beginner - Suitable for anyone to join.
Improver - A bump up from Beginner, class a little faster paced - Great for those who feel comfortable in Beginner class and are looking to start moving beyond.
Intermedaite - For those confident in the style and enjoy taking on more challengings choreographies.
HEELS DANCE - IMPROVER

Get your Heels fix with this sexy, feel good class, this is great for those with a small amount of experience in Heels or dance in general. This class is all about the choreography and developing your own badass style!
Block heels encouraged if you feel that you aren't ready for stilettos.

Unleash your inner Diva! This class is all about building confidence in heels and with learning choreography - if you feel you are ready for the heels yet, it's all good - come in flats! You will different styles, but you will always be dancing to a Diva - it's fun, friendly, sassy and builds that body confidence!

BEGINNER JAZZY SASSY HEELS
(At MOVE Studios, City Centre)

This class will focus on gaining confidence with the fundamentals of Heels as well as working on style and performance with some choreography. Choreography will be repeated over a couple of weeks, so you have the opportunity to get comfortable with it and feel confident dancing it.
If you have never danced in heels before, we recommend starting with a block heel ankle boot, so you have good support for your ankles.

INTERMEDIATE HEELS

Ready to challenge yourself with more sultry styles and intricate movement? This class is the place to start! Prepare to end every week feeling sexy and empowered. Choreography featuring some fierce floorwork and bold movement, ready to make you command the room!
Heels with ankle support such as boots highly encouraged. Knee pads and/or coverings recommended but not required.
