BEGINNER CONTEMPORARY

A beautiful Contemporary class for those new to the style. The class starts with a nice warm up to get the body moving, followed by some exercises to get used to different Contemporary techniques and finishing the class working on some choreography. An encouraging atmosphere and you will leave feeling nourished by dance!

Hand Stand During Dance Performance

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED CONTEMPORARY

THURSDAY 7:15pm-8:15pm

A steady moving technical class, great for those with plenty of experience in dance. The class features centre work floor work, creative across the floor movement and choreography for you to get your teeth into! All these elements combine to help you build confidence and your dance skills.

This class is great for those with a little dance experience. Slightly slower paced than our Intermediate class, but a little step up from the Beginner class.

This class runs every second Saturday in our City Centre studios - check the booking page to see if it's running this week. A relaxed weekend class, great for letting go and finding new ways of moving your body. Contemporary is always a favourite with those who are new to dance.
