6 WEEK BEGINNER BLOCK

Belly dance was developed in the Middle East and is a time honoured technique for releasing tension and engaging the body and mind. Movements are fluid and concentrated on the torso and hips, so it's a great workout for the body! We run the classes in blocks of 4, but you don't have to start with the beginning of a block, you can join at any time. So come on down and shimmy your way through class.
