We have a variety of fitness based classes on offer including Zumba, Dance Burn and Stretch & Tone, at various different times to suit you. Always better than going to the gym! Zumba is a latin based fitness class, great for those with no Dance experience who wants to break a sweat. Stretch & Tone runs a few times a week and is popular with dancers and non-dancers alike - a great class for gently increasing your flexibility and toning problem areas. Dance Burn is a more intense class for those who like to push themeselvs but still have fun and workout to the beat, includes loads of fun tracks for you to groove to. You can join any of these classes at any time.
