Marion Baird

Marion's love for Musical Theatre and Ballet began when she started dancing at the age of two but in the last five years her interests have spread to Hip Hop, Commercial Dance and Jazz and she now regularly teaches all of these styles. At the age of 19 Marion choreographed her first show - Bugsy Malone and has not stopped since. Choreographic credits include Back to the 80s, Oklahoma, Sweeney Todd, Kiss Me Kate, Little Shop of Horrors and West Side Story. After studying for her Diploma in Dance Marion worked with Dansearena Studios and Next Step Dance before deciding to open her own Dance School. Through Dance Glasgow, Marion teaches classes for adults and kids of all abilities, works with schools, organises kids parties and hen parties and performs in the Dance Glasgow Dance Troupe. Marion is also the resident choreographer for Glasgow Music Theatre.
Nicola Duffy
Nicola is one of the busiest people you will ever meet but somehow has endless energy. With a degree in Musical Theatre, Nicola's passion lies not only in dance but in singing and she has an amazing talent in both. Nicola showcases this talent as part of the tribute band Girls R Loud. Nicola's classes are energetic and challenging - she really likes to get the best out of people. As well as teaching Hip Hop, Jazz and MTV Dance for Dance Glasgow Nicola also teaches at the Jacqueline Duffy School of Dance and dances with the Score Angels.
Sandy Hutchison
Sandy is a qualified fitness instructor who has worked in many gyms and studios in and around Glasgow. He has a great wealth of experience in all kinds of classes including aerobics, muscle conditioning and dance-cardio classes. Known for his amazing energy and positive attitude, Sandy brings his hi-energy explosive style to Dance Glasgow. Sandy's Zumba classes are always packed due to his fantastic, energetic, passion for fitness. Come along and experience one of the best in the business.
Courtney Allan
Courtney Allan is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA in Contemporary Dance and has recently moved to Glasgow to be with her husband. She has received scholarships to study in New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Orlando. Courtney attended Duke University’s American Dance Festival and Bates Dance Festival on scholarship. Having returned from an eleven month tour performing onboard Holland America Cruise Lines, Courtney is delighted to be a part of Dance Glasgow where she teaches Street Dance and Contemporary Improvisation.
Annie Parsons
Annie has many talents. She has danced, sung and acted in a variety of different projects over the last few years. Annie spent some time in Egypt where she met her lovely husband and learned skills in Egyptian Dance, Bachata and Bellydance and has taught all three styles in Scotland since her return. Annie can also been seen dancing as part of Dance Glasgow's Dance Troupe.

Karoliina Hassi
Originally from Finland, Karoliina has spent the last few years in Scotland whilst studying. Where she comes from Dancehall is a popular style amogst all ages and she is passionate about spreading its popularity in the UK. Karoliina was teaching for Dance Mania when we noticed how fantastic her class was. Karoliina's relaxed approach to teaching really complements this style of dance and we are thrilled to be the only School in Glasgow with Dancehall on their schedule.
